Shaking his head, Jerry looked down at the baseball still firmly gripped in his hands. A faint smile was still on Jerry’s face as he set the baseball neatly in the box on the shelf and bent down for another. As he approached the boys, he put on his “customer face” and asked if they needed help finding anything. They laughed and exchanged awkward glances before they hurried away, leaving Jerry alone to clean up the toy-strewn aisle.
